The national portfolio is made up of four office buildings located in Stratford, South Croydon, Oldbury and Sittingbourne. The building range in terms of size, specification and location.
Our Role
Daniel Watney undertook an inspection of the site and prepared a Red Book compliant valuation report on the basis of Fair Value and in accordance with UK Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and FRS 102.
The property in South Croydon was valued with the benefit of planning consent for conversion to provide 11 residential apartments.
