46 Loman Street lies within the London Borough of Southwark and was an office building constructed in 2001 of little architectural merit and, appeared from the street as an incomplete design by virtue of stepped terraces on its upper floors.

Daniel Watney was instructed by APML Estate (formerly Cheval Property Holdings) to secure planning permission for the comprehensive refurbishment and extension of two existing residential blocks located on Montpelier Mews. The project involved the demolition of one block, and the extension and replacement to the façade of a neighbouring building. Together, they provide 18 high-quality, residential apartments.

The Daniel Watney Planning Team secured planning permission in April 2023 for the expansion of Willow Dene School’s Oakmere Road campus in Plumstead. The extension will provide a dedicated sixth-form provision for some of Greenwich’s most vulnerable young people. This enlargement will allow the school to expand its provision for children with special educational needs.
