West Cross Industrial Estate
Project Introduction
A 9.3ha industrial estate on the Great West Road within the London Borough of Hounslow.
Our Role
We achieved a Local Plan site-specific allocation for the colocation of 1,800 new homes and 500,000 sq ft of industrial floorspace across the estate.
Subsequently, we have achieved planning permission for phases 1 and 2, which comprise broadly 120,000 sq ft of industrial space. An indicative master plan has been prepared for the remaining areas.
Result
A local Plan allocation and planning permission, which have added significant value to the land.
