Ultimately Daniel Watney acquired 11,463 sq. ft office over 5 floors in the self-contained 11-13 Charterhouse Buildings.
We secured 40 months rent free over a 15 year lease, with 28 months up front and a further 12 months granted if the break in year 10 was not exercised. Altogether we saved our client in excess of £735,000 across the term.
