What you’ll be doing:

  • Overseeing an exciting portfolio of varied projects, across different sectors, (medium to large-scale) from inception to completion
  • Managing and undertaking professional services instructions including pre-acquisition and condition surveys, due diligence reports, dilapidations negotiations, and party wall advice
  • Engaging and maintaining client relationships ensuring an excellent end-to-end service
  • Supporting business development initiatives by generating repeat business and winning new instructions

About you:

  • Enthusiastic, positive, pro-active individual who is keen to learn and excel in their career
  • Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying (or similar RICS accredited degree)
  • 2+ years of commercial Building Surveying experience (project experience desired)
  • MRICS qualified
  • Good IT and design skills with knowledge of Microsoft packages, and AutoCAD
