London-based property consultancy firm, Daniel Watney, announced today the recruitment of Nick Clark, former Partner at Workman LLP.
Nick will lead the firm’s Project and Building Consultancy offer, providing strategic direction and expansion of the team to service a diverse range of clients and sectors. Nick brings 22 years’ experience in the industry having previously led and developed various service expansions and operational efficiencies.
With institutional investor and property company clients, such as Federated Hermes Limited and Columbia Threadneedle Investments, alongside successful delivery of professional and project instructions, such as the Hestia portfolio of new-build residential developments, value-add initiatives at Regent Street, One America Square, Wimbledon Bridge House and façade restoration at the Royal Albert Hall. Nick brings a wealth of experience in his role as client lead which is a welcomed addition to the firm’s current team.
