The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our Residential Agency team, with an emphasis on agency functions (lettings and sales). Joining a friendly, experienced team working in a bright and modern City-based office, the successful candidate will share our ethos. The opportunity exists for the right candidate to ultimately qualify as a chartered surveyor in the residential pathway of the RICS. You will ideally have a degree, or minimum ARLA Propertymark qualification.

Duties are varied but your main focus will be on our clients’ letting portfolio’s of over 500 properties in and around central London - marketing available properties, conducting viewings, negotiating deals and in time, growing our client base.

About you

The successful candidate should be well presented, a good communicator, enthusiastic, organised, self-motivated and have a genuine interest in the residential property industry.

The role will involve;

  • Undertaking the marketing and letting of residential property;
  • Negotiate rents with new and pre-existing tenants;
  • Develop productive working relationships with property management colleagues;
  • Generating new lettings and sales business.

Key skills and characteristics;

  • Previous experience desirable;
  • ARLA Propertymark qualification or similar;
  • Administrative experience and a high degree of IT literacy;
  • Attention to detail, able to demonstrate initiative;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Able to cope under pressure and multi-task ensuring that workload is prioritised;
  • Great problem-solving skills.
