BI Wines – Daniel Wantey LLP provided “stay vs. go” advice to BI Wines, the world’s first wine dealing platform. Daniel Watney LLP agreed a lease-restructure at their existing premises at 10 Hatton Garden, securing their ongoing occupation in 5,509 sq ft offices for another 10 years.
Saddlers House, 44 Gutter Lane – Acting on behalf of the Worshipful Company of Saddlers, Daniel Watney LLP launched this 15,844 sq ft Grade A office designed by DMFk Architects to the market in April 2018. Other lettings within Saddlers House include Knight Frank IM, LCCG UK and JX Nippon.
One Benjamin Street – Acting on behalf of the Worshipful Company of Girdlers, Daniel Watney LLP pre-let the 3rd floor of this mixed-use development directly opposite Farringdon Station.
